Its location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close enough to the sea front, comfortable beds and friendly staff as well as the seafront near the pier.

The rooms are newly renovated, the location is fantastic. You can see the sea from your window.

The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was well presented. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with excellent facilities, Welsh teas, as example and that was essential.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Llandudno. Continental breakfast with particularly nice selection. Big size and huge room and good view on the sunrise from our room. Fab central location, very close to the seafront and surrounding areas also, shops/restaurants and all attractions and shops. Besides, excellent for visiting Llandudno Pier.

Fairly clean place with lovely view of Llandudno bay. Some excellent tea, a lounge, and coffee in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Incredible location, exceptionally nice breakfast with lots of food.

The room was immaculately clean with Welsh teas, the parents bed, a selection of Welsh teas coffees, could leave my car onsite. Really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

Some people working there were unwelcoming.

Staff is exceptionally pleasant and accommodating and you can park your car onsite. It offers great service.

It was a comfortable modern hotel, no complaints whatsoever, recommend. I was satisfied with the great-sized room, there were a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets just in case. The location was good and fab as for me, near to centre and staff, and local attractions.

It's spotless with very comfortable bathrooms. The continental breakfast is a great bonus. This hotel has marvellous location right on promenade.

Got the same double room booked online, enjoyed that. Sea view was perfect. The location was marvellous and lovely, near the pier, in the lovely area. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Llandudno Beach district.
